I like the orange and redddish colors of the sky, and I like how the clouds turned out, with their very tops having a 'golden lining,' and the rest of them gray.
I like the ray effect seen above the clouds, and I also noticed that the large one appears to be casting a shadow.
I also like the cityscape's appearance, with the nearest building a black shape, and the more distant ones gray.
One thing you could have done is crop the bottom slightly; say 1/4 of that black area could go.
Overall, an awe-inspiring sunset photo.
